Bilic: It was a clear penalty.

In an interview with BBC, west Ham manager Slaven Bilic gave his thought on his last matech.
"It is a bad result, we didn't play good enough in the
first half. We started well but after that we were
second best.
"We lost the game in the first half. Two-nil down is
very difficult to come back from. We are very
disappointed"

Youngster Reece Oxford who was exceptional in his debut match against Arsenal  struggled this time around although Bilic substituted him at half time he still didn't fault his performance, deciding not to act like a certain manager did! Up blues
"It was not that he played worse than the rest of
the team. He played well but our passing was really
slow in the first half and with Pedro we were much
quicker in tempo.
"The first-half performance was not down to Reece
Oxford - there were a few candidates I could have
taken off."

On the decision of the Referee to send off Adrian:
"Initially I thought it was not a red card but then I
saw the replay and it is dangerous play. It was
obvious Adrian didn't mean to cause harm. I am
more than sure it was not deliberate. He was just
following the ball and was unlucky."
The other incident, with Sakho racing onto a lofted
through ball before clipping it beyond Foxes keeper
Kasper Schmeichel, who appeared to bring the
striker down with his arm, was branded 'game-
changing' by the former Hammers player.
"I remember the penalty incident and for me he
could give a penalty. I saw it again and for me it is
(a penalty).
"Maybe it was hard for the referee to see, but
Schmeichel didn't get the ball and then spread his
arms - it could have changed the game, that was
the moment you need something.
